Cheese dairy Campo Capela, was born in 1945 like livestock farm and was formed in cooperative in the year 1969, maintains the tradition of making cheese with completely manual form using only and exclusively raw milk from their own livestock. The results are handmade products with unique taste and authentic Galician land.
