All are varietal wines, made from grapes 100% "Tinta del Pais".

In this area, the Tempranillo (also known as Tinta del Pais and Tinto Fino) grows with a thin skin and a acidity with which are produced delicious young wines, and that also have the ability to age and so offer exceptional Grand Reserves.

After a very care harvest of the vines, the grapes are received and selected, by grade and years of the vine, both for young wines as for aged wines.

The wines "Alidis", since its recent birth in the year 1999, have received support from numerous awards and specials mentions.

Bodegas Mambrilla is located in Mambrilla of Castrejon, province of Burgos, in the heart of the Ribera del Duero and vineyards have an area of fifty acres of selected vine, some of them with more than fifty years old. Only grapes from their own vineyards are used.
