This wine combines especially with lamb and roast suckling pig, red meats in sauce, vegetables, cheeses average healing and small game.

Marqués de Tomares Reserva: 24 months in French oak and American oak and "Trasiego" (this process involves separating solids deposited on the bottom of barrels during fermentation and during different stages of aging) at 6 months with a minimum of 30 months in bottle. This wine should be opened between 30 and 45 minutes before consumption. Combines well with game meats, red meat in sauce and roasted birds with strong fillings.

Marqués de Tomares Gran Reserva: Between 24 and 30 months in American oak barrels and a minimum of 40 months in bottle. This wine should be opened between 45 and 60 minutes before consumption. It combines especially with all kinds of big game meat in red sauce.

Marqués de Tomares Excellence: A young wine, three months in new American oak barrels and 9 months in bottle. It combines perfectly with cheeses, meats and soft blue fish.
