Doniene Txakoli White wine, responds to a profile of white txakoli 100% Hondarrabi zuri. It is a selected vintage. It is the ultimate expression of the variety: subtle and complex nose of primary fennel aromas, citrus, apple and great power in mouth by its integrated acidity, glycerin structure and its bitter finish.

2011 and 2012 are the harvests recommended for consumption during 2013.

Gorrondona txakoli White wine is elaborated from the three authorized varieties. It is

 a fresh wine with which is associated the current txakoli.

2012 is the harvest that is currently being marketed.

The varieties Hondarrabi beltza y Hondarrabi zuri are our hallmarks, autochthonous varieties in red grape and white grape, respectively. Both are providing positive results in the different elaborations we do. Besides giving rise to develop new research, have become attractive to visitors seeking wines with varieties of "unknown" grape.
