Mezcal Delirio de Oaxaca

Meticulously handmade

It is produced in a traditional "palenque" (Mexican typical construction). The young (white) in Matatlán and the Reposado and Añejo in Miahutlán

The White and Reposado are both 100% Espadin agave with minimum of 7 years old cultivated by hand and the Añejo is 100% agave with mixture of Espadin and Madre Cuixe.

Cooked during about 3 days in a traditional stone oven

The juice extraction is made through a "tahona" (mill)

Natural fermentation in wooden vats controlled by sight, sound and aroma

Double distilled in copper alembics

White mezcal has 42% Alc.vol. and the Reposado and Añejo 40% Alc.vol.

The Reposado is aged 3-4 months in white oak barrels semi-toast, and the Añejo remains for more than 12 months in new white oak barrels
